Apple Health shows no data

Two usual causes. The iOS Simulator has an empty Health store, so try a real device. And correlations need at least ten days where a supplement was sometimes taken and sometimes missed — charts appear immediately, signals take a few weeks.

A barcode didn't scan

The NIH label database covers US products and is not exhaustive. When a code isn't found you can type the supplement facts panel in once and Stackwise will remember it.

Why does it say "no clear signals yet"?

Because it is being honest. Stackwise runs on the order of a hundred correlations and corrects for that, so weak associations that other apps would report as findings get filtered out as likely chance. It reports how many associations it tested next to how many survived.

Restoring a subscription

Me → Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account that bought it.

Deleting your data

Everything is on your device. Me → Delete everything clears it, and deleting the app removes all of it.
